How to setup a new Outlook 2016 or above profile with Exchange
Outlook 2016 and above no longer support the ability to manually configure an Exchange account. Autodiscover DNS records are required on your domain for the connection to be successfully configured. You can do this if you have access to your domains control panel, if not your DNS host should be able to set this up for you.
Outlook 2016 and above supports multiple email profiles, but each profile is only able to support one Microsoft Exchange mailbox. If you are already using Outlook with an Exchange mailbox you will need to create a new profile.
Once you have entered your details, Outlook 2016 and above wiill then setup your account automatically.
