How to setup a new Outlook 2016 with Exchange

Outlook 2016 no longer supports the ability to manually configure an Exchange account. Autodiscover records are required on your domain for the connection to be successfully configured. You can do this if you have access to your domains control panel, if not your host should be able to set this up for you.

Outlook 2016 supports multiple email profiles, but each profile is only able to support one Microsoft Exchangemailbox. If you are already using Outlook with a Exchange mailbox you will need to create a new profile.

Once you have entered your details, Outlook 2016 wiill then setup your account automatically.
