Please use the following settings when setting up your mobile device:-

Active sync server address outlook.cloud2b.net

Domain leave blank

Username yourmailusername@yourdomain
Password yourmailpassword@yourdomain

SSL enabled yes

Please note if you have created the autodiscover DNS record then you can use this setup if you device supports it.
